The Standard We Built On

Six things we won't let slide.

Every project runs on the same standard. These are the six pieces of the DreamHome promise that get printed on the proposal, not buried in a manufacturer brochure.

01

The person who quoted is on the install.

Whoever wrote your proposal is on site for the work. No handoff to a subcontractor the homeowner has never met.

02

Warranty in writing on the proposal.

Warranty terms are printed on the proposal itself, before we work, not buried in a brochure handed over after the job.

03

HAAG-certified inspection on every estimate.

Every estimate begins with a HAAG-certified inspection of the existing condition. Photos go to the homeowner whether they hire us or not.

04

In-house crews, no subcontracted roofing or siding.

Roofing and siding crews are on DreamHome payroll, not subcontracted. Homeowners get a crew that knows our standard because we trained them to it.

05

Same-day post-install walkthrough.

Before the crew leaves, the project manager and the homeowner walk the work together. Anything not right gets fixed before the truck leaves.

06

Magnetic nail sweep before we leave.

The yard, driveway, and street get a magnetic nail sweep on every roofing job. The property leaves cleaner than we found it.

How We Inspect

Three named inspection protocols.

DreamHome inspections are not a five-minute walkaround. They are documented, standardized processes designed to catch what other contractors miss.

HAAG

HAAG-Certified Forensic Inspection

The same forensic standard insurance adjusters use to assess storm and structural damage. Systematic evaluation distinguishes legitimate hail, wind, and weathering damage from normal aging, manufacturing variations, foot traffic, and mechanical damage. Homeowners get data, not opinions.

PCC

Problem, Cause, Consequence

A three-part method the DreamHome team runs on every leak call. Identify the problem, determine its actual cause, and evaluate what happens if left unaddressed. Because half of the roof is actually in the attic, PCC includes the attic every time.

Roof Maxx

Roof Maxx Assessment

Before recommending Roof Maxx rejuvenation versus full replacement, a HAAG-certified inspector evaluates shingle age, granule loss, brittleness, and substrate condition. Documented in writing, so the homeowner can see exactly why rejuvenation is or is not the right path.
