What Unites Them

Every one of them grew up around this company.

Lenny founded DreamHome in the Saratoga area of Springfield in 1999. Nish joined in 2000 as a kid from Burke knocking doors around Springfield and Fairfax. Kevin joined in 2005 and ran every division of the company on his way to General Manager. Alek came up through Marketing making sure every homeowner in the DMV, in every language, gets treated the same way.

None of them came in from outside to run a roofing brand. All four came up inside DreamHome. That is why the standard holds. That is why homeowners who worked with DreamHome twenty years ago recognize the same company today.
