The best service I've experienced in a long time.

PLEASE READ – IT’S WHAT SERVICE SHOULD BE My dad had Dream Home Remodeling come to his house after a strong wind storm in the Dumfries, VA area to inspect his roof. They were honest and explained that there was nothing wrong. During that conversation, my father mentioned that his son, me, had extensive shingle damage from a devastating wind storm in the eastern WV area and was fighting with his current contractor to get anything done. Mike Bothner explained to my father that DHR doesn't go to WV but what the heck he'll go to check it out. He drove 2 hrs to my house and performed a thorough inspection. He determined that I have significant damage and wants to help but would need to talk to the owners about doing work in WV. He got the permission and quickly took action. Mike made several recommendations but was never pushy. Shingle selection was the easy part. Mike & his team fought diligently for the next 4 months with my insurance company. Never once letting down and demanding I get a full settlement for everything that was damaged. Mike & his team drove to my house six times, 2 hrs each way, to meet with different inspectors. They were in constant contact with my insurance company on my behalf. They always kept me informed and were always reachable via phone with any questions I had. I did finally get a settlement thanks to DHR. They came shortly after that to install the roof on my house & detached garage. It took one day and looks fantastic. The installation crew was
